Tabatha Dubois

As a Physical Education and Health teacher I am a strong believer in the importance of movement and exercise, however I have learned the importance of being still. 

I found yoga, or should I say yoga found me, when I needed to block out the noise. This class incorporated mindfulness, meditation, pranayama, and restorative yoga. Allowing my body and mind to be still helping me to unearth and process hidden emotions.

In starting this venture I strive to help others to find balance in being active and being still. Blocking out the noise so that they can relax, restore and rejuvenate.
